Use this reference data to create the payment methods that the institution can accept for fees due.

The fields on the Payment Methods screen are described in the following table.

Payment Method The name of the payment.
Short Description A short description of the payment method.
Long Description A long description of the payment method.
Active Whether the payment method is active.

Where the payment method is used. Select from the following:

  • StudyLink

  • Receipt

  • Refund
Applicable to users in New Zealand onlyRole A list of custom roles to determine who can use the payment method.
Applicable to users in New Zealand onlyCash Rounding Multiple ($) The cash rounding multiple in $NZD to two decimal places (for example: 0.10).
